Help - will not issue refund for missing item. USA. We are long time Uber One members and order from Uber Eats often. Yesterday, we received an order that was missing a $20 item. Customer Support is saying that Uber cannot issue a refund "because we have submitted missing item reports in the past." This is beyond frustrating!
